Alaska SeaLife Center’s Avian Curatorial Damaged by Small Fire

The Seward Volunteer Fire Department responded to an alarm at 6:37 p.m. at the Alaska SeaLife Center (ASLC). Upon arrival, crews were informed of smoke coming from the Center’s avian curatorial on the second floor. The fire sprinkler system had extinguished what was believed to have been a small electrical fire.
