The Human Resources Manager will oversee human resource services and will be responsible (with oversite from the COO) for organizational development, policies/programs pertaining to employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting/retention, and compliance with all federal, state and local laws.

Education/Training Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in similar field with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience or the equivalent. Experience in non-profit organizations preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
