Ocean Explorers Camp (ages 7-11)

Dive into an unforgettable ocean adventure at the Alaska SeaLife Center! This week-long summer camp is perfect for ocean lovers ages 7-11. Discover the wonders of Alaska’s incredible marine animals and ecosystems through hands-on activities, games, visits to the Alaska SeaLife Center, animal observation, and science lab discovery sessions. Each day is packed with fun and interactive opportunities to connect with our local marine environment, explore the wonders of Resurrection Bay, and engage in science happening right here!

 

Date: June 2nd - 6th

Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Snacks provided

Campers must bring a sack lunch and a reusable water bottle.

Marine Science Discovery Camp (ages 12-15)
 

Embark on a scientific journey with the Alaska SeaLife Center! This week-long summer camp is perfect for ocean lovers and science enthusiasts ages 12-15. Our summer science program lets campers become junior scientists and dive deep into the wonders of marine biology through a series of science adventures focused on Alaska's marine animals, ecosystems, and conservation strategies. Step into the lab, observe marine animals, experience fieldwork in Resurrection Bay, and explore creative ways to share knowledge of Alaska’s Resurrection Bay, the Gulf of Alaska, and beyond.

 

Date: July 28th - August 1st

Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Interactive Learning for Families
 

Join us for family-friendly activities and games that explore Alaska's incredible marine animals and ecosystems. Discover the Alaska SeaLife Center's work, from scientific research to wildlife response and the lives of our resident animals. Whether you're a curious kid or a family looking for fun, there's something for everyone.

 

When: Saturdays in June & July

Where: Tent behind the main building (admission to the Alaska SeaLife Center is not included).

Dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28, & July 5, 12, 19, 26

Session Times: Choose one of two identical sessions

• 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Price: $14.95 per person (ages two and under free)

Member Price: $13.45 per person
