This position is responsible for front-line customer service, ticket sales and café duties at the Center.

Education/Training Requirements:
Prefer one year experience in retail sales and/or in a cashier position. In addition some food and beverage experience is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, provide information on programs, admissions, and hours of operation in person and over the telephone.
- Maintain a clean, neat personal appearance following ticketing/café dress code guidelines.
- Encourage customers to purchase additional tours and programs in addition to general admission.
- Operate OmniTicket computers and manual cash register, calculate ticket costs, receive payments, make correct change, issues receipt, open and close out station and cash drawer. Scan tickets to provide access control as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve food, clean all food related areas in accordance with State Health Department standards, and assist with café inventory processes.
- Maintain records, record daily receipts, organize vouchers, exercise full control and accountability for assigned cash drawer.
- Assist in maintaining the professional appearance of the ticketing counter, lobby and café at all times.
- Support special events and facility rentals with regard to food preparation, set-up, take-down and cleaning.
- Work shifts as scheduled. This position may require some overtime.
