CONTROLLED CAPACITY AND TIMED ENTRY: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN PLANNING A VISIT

  • We are operating with a controlled capacity to ensure a safe and enjoyable visitor experience for all.

  • Online reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all guests and members to reserve your desired entry time and reduce touchpoints at the ticketing counter.

  • Reservations can be secured in 15-minute time slots, and guests will not be admitted prior to their scheduled time. Last entry of the day is one hour before closing.

  • Onsite ticket purchases and member reservations are possible, but entrance times may not be available at the time you arrive, and you may not be able to start your visit immediately.

  • Once you enter the Center at your scheduled time, you can stay as long as desired, and even leave and come back during the same day.

  • Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to the reservation time.

  • If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-19, please visit at another time. We will refund any tickets that cannot be used due to illness, even if you are not able to contact us until after the reservation time.

  • Those without online access or needing to reschedule should contact the Reservation Hotline 1-888-378-2525 or 907-224-7908 or onlinesales@alaskasealife.org.

  • Guests needing special accommodations, please email development@alaskasealife.org

FOR SAFETY'S SAKE: PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Masks are no longer required for entry; however, masks are still required on tours and encounters. Masks are strongly encouraged for those who are not fully vaccinated.

  • All staff members will continue to wear masks when interacting with guests.

  • Physical distancing is strongly encouraged, and signage throughout the building will remind everyone to remain 6 feet apart. To facilitate distancing, guests will follow a dedicated, one-way flow throughout the Center.

  • The Haul-Out Cafe will be closed.  Other than water bottles, no outside food and beverages are permitted.

  • Parents of young children are encouraged to consider using a stroller to help ensure your little ones maintain a 6-foot physical distance between non-family group members.
